Video Trailer Requirements
Your video should be under 10 minutes. A video that is shorter is preferable, but not required.
You are welcome to use background music in your video. However, you must be careful not to violate any music or lyric copyrights. If you are not sure whether your use is appropriate, then you should consider using music and lyrics that are in the public domain, or obtain permission to use them from the owner.
If you use actors in your video, you must have the actors’ permission to post the video online.
To enter, your video must be posted to the YouTube Group entitled RoATrailerContest (http://www.youtube.com/group/RoATrailerContest). Walker Books will view the trailer before making it public on the YouTube Group site, and reserves the right to not make the video public if its contents are deemed inappropriate.
Remember, the contents of the video you submit are your responsibility! Walker Books assumes that you have taken steps to ensure that your trailer meets the above guidelines, and is not responsible for any issues that have to do with rights or disclosure.
